About Magic Chef
In 1986, Magic Chef was acquired by the Maytag Co. Air conditioning division was sold to Lennox International in 1988 and renamed Armstrong Air.
In 1992, CNA International was established as an import, export and distribution company by our founder. 4 years later, CNA International licensed the Magic Chef brand for compact appliances and went on to acquire the brand in 2010. Norpole and Magic Chef Commercial were created in order to tap into the commercial market through refrigeration and cooking appliances. In 2018, Magic Chef expanded the brand through an outbound licensing program.
